Which payment methods and currency do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa and MasterCard, and the order will be processed in HKD.

What is your exchange policy?
For regular priced items, you may exchange unworn items into different sizes or styles within 7 days at our the Mills store / K11 Art Mall store. All exchange items must be new, unused and include any original packaging, including all tags and sole protectors the item came with. Please note we only accept one exchange per purchase. Exchange items can also be couriered to our designated address, but the shipping charges will be borne by customers.
Please note we do not accept exchange for discounted items or orders with discounts.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns.
What if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, please contact email@example.com for restocking information.
How much does shipping cost?
For orders over HKD$600, local shipping is free.
For orders under $600, you may choose to pick up at our retail stores (free) or ship by local courier. Shipping fee will be paid by customers upon delivery.
Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?
We process and ship orders from our Hong Kong warehouse from Monday to Friday. All orders will be shipped within 2 business days and deliveries are sent via SF Express.
Can I pick up at store directly?
Yes. You may pick up at our the Mills store / K11 Art Mall store. When you check out, please select the according location to arrange pick-up.
Which countries do you ship to?
Currently we only ship within Hong Kong. For international orders, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with SF Express tracking number and you can trace the status on their website or mobile app.
Will I have to pay tax and duties?
We ship directly from Hong Kong. There are no applicable tax and duties in Hong Kong.
Customers will be liable for tax and duties.
