All orders over HKD800 enjoy free shipping in Hong Kong & Macau. For orders under HKD800, shipping fee of HKD30 will be charged or you may pick up at our store in Hong Kong.

For items that are in stock, we will ship within 2-5 business days and deliveries are sent via SF Express. For items that need to be pre-ordered, please refer to the pre-order time stated in the item description and we will ship once all the items arrive at our warehouse.

If there are both in-stock and pre-ordered items in the same order, we will ship altogether when all items are ready.

EXCHANGE and RETURN
For regular priced items, you may exchange unworn items into different sizes or styles within 7 days at our store. All exchange items must be new, unused and include any original packaging, including all tags and sole protectors the item came with. Please note we only accept one exchange per purchase. Exchange items can also be couriered to our designated address, but the shipping charges will be borne by customers.

For items on sale, no exchange will be accepted.
